
Presentation Guidelines
Presentation Time
Invited talks (25 minutes in total): 18 minutes for presentation, 6 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for movement.
General oral presentations (15 minutes in total): 10 minutes for presentation, 4 minutes for discussion, 1 minute for movement.
Presentation File
Presenters have three options to deal with PPT slides.
(a) Bring the presentation file copied onto a USB memory stick to the LOC office (Room 113) half day before the oral session starts. Volunteers will download the presenter’s file to the laptop.

(b) Send the file to the LOC e-mail address info@isdeiv2025.org half day before the oral session begins. Name the e-mail with the session number, for example A1-O-01.
(c) If presenters prefer to using their own laptop, please inform LOC through info@isdeiv2025.org in advance. Presenter are requested to bring their own power adapter and connecting cables.
We suggest that participants check display in the conference hall ahead of their presentation when the conference room is not occupied by any activities.
Slides in 16:9 format are recommended. Please prepare backup files in case of any problems.
The following devices are provided for the convenience of presentation in each oral session.
· A laptop (MS PowerPoint 2021, OS Win11 is only available)
· Two projectors behind the stage, a laser pointer in the oral presentation room
Poster Sessions
LOC will place poster panels outside Room 115 Jiuzhai.
· Please print your poster on your own.
· Abstract number: 8 cm in height. Volunteers will update the abstract number on the left top corner according to scheduled poster sessions.

Pins and double-side sticky tapes will be available for fixing the poster. Please take away your poster when the allocated time is over. Volunteers will remove posters which are left on the panel but if its exhibition time has passed.
Note: Competitors for Chatterton Award should present in both Oral and Poster Sessions.
